USEFUL INFORMATION

Measure around the base of the neck, leave 1–2 cm comfortable space, not too tight.

Measure the widest part of the chest, usually behind the front legs.

If your pet’s measurement is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for comfort.

Do not measure too tight, always allow a little room for breathing and movement.

1. Do not bleach, machine wash or tumble dry. For localized dirt, rinse with clean water or wipe with a damp cloth.

2. To keep your pet healthy, we recommend regular cleaning to reduce bacteria growth.

3. Do not expose to high temperatures or direct sunlight for long periods.

We ship to all EU countries, the UK, Switzerland and Norway.
Orders are collected by courier within 1–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 6–10 working days after dispatch. On rare occasions, delivery may take a little longer due to unforeseen transit delays.
You will get a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details available on the courier’s official website.
Please note: Orders cannot be redirected once shipped. All delivery times are estimates and subject to location, warehouse handling and courier delays. Peak shopping periods including Singles’ Day, Black Friday, Christmas and end-of-season sales may cause further delivery delays.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be brand new, unused, with original tags and intact packaging in resellable condition.

Contact us via email with your order number to receive our Portugal return address. Do not send returns without prior notice.

Returns caused by product defects or our shipping errors are covered by us.

Returns for personal change of mind are at the customer’s own shipping cost.

We reserve the right to deduct value loss or refuse returns if items are returned damaged, used, stained, or missing tags/accessories.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection, via the original payment method.
